Dr. Victoria Harris is the Overseer of the ICF Home Church, Fire House Ministries. Her assignment is to orchestrate the administrative functions of ICF and Overseer of Women. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Theology, Master's in Christian Counseling and bachelor's in ministry. She is the CEO of multiple businesses and has been serving in ministry for over 20 years.

Overseer-Elect Proctor is the Pastor of Prayer and Praise Ministries with over 18 years of Pastoral Leadership. His passion and experience will help guide and develop the covenant ministries within ICF toward individual ministry expansion and pursuit of educational endeavors. He holds a Doctoral Degree in Theology.

Pastor Mwende Getty is Pastor of Sword of The Spirit Kenya, holding the place of the first international ministry of ICF.  She coordinates Kenyan affairs with our US Delegate, maintains and facilitates onsite ministry, provides for members, youth education, and resources for widows. 

District Elder Crystal Mitchel is the visionary of Set a Fire Ministries in North Carolina. She is passionate toward the development of families and marriages, the deliverance of people and evangelism. Her assignment is to evangelize the Southern District and assist with expanding and witnessing within ICF.

Elder Kevin Cash is the Pastoral Liaison of Fire House Ministries and serves faithfully in the coordination of resources and funding for the International Covenant Fellowship. His assignment is to communicate, identify, acquire and delegate funding for facilities, education and resources to our Overseas Ministries.

Evangelist Shanta Brown is the Assistant Pastor of Fire House Ministries. Her overall assignment is establishing and implementing strategies of relational evangelism to enhance the populating of the reformation. The N.E. serves as an itinerant preacher throughout the reformation in support of covenant ministries. She holds a bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling.

Pastor Samantha Proctor, Pastors alongside her husband at Prayer and Praise Ministries in District Heights MD. She is passionate towards women, marriage and an unquestionable witness of what God can do. Her testimony is that of strength, love and endurance. Pastor Proctor is an educated and balanced entrepreneur, mother, wife and leader.

Elder Kenneth Nelson has extensively served as Minister of Music, Lead and Background vocalist for ministries, events and theaters over the years. He graduated from Duke Ellington School of the Arts in the area of Vocal Music. He holds a bachelor's in theology and is the current Minister of Music for Fire House Ministries and Chief Adjutant to our Presiding Bishop.
